The dates are Jul 23, 2025 to Jul 30, 2025. We would like our guests to arrive one day earlier than the official wedding date, July 25th. We expect the wedding party to arrive two days earlier than the actual wedding date. There is a 4-night minimum stay for all guests in our room block.

Yes, passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the return date of travel.

Rooms are constantly being added to the travel booking site. However, if you want to be sure to book the room of your choice reach out to the travel agent to request your accommodation preferences. Ocean Front Rooms are only available when you book a Rock Carribean King Suite. The other option is Island Junior Suite that offers Garden View or Lagoon View.

If there is a need to change occupancy from the single to the double, yes, the rate will decrease to the double occupancy rate, but the $25 change fee will remain. In the event, there is a decrease in occupancy unfortunately the rate will increase due to cost of single occupancy.

All deposits are non-refundable unless travel protection is purchased. The funds will be returned from the insurance vendor.

Yes. All our guests must book through our travel agent for the hotel stay so that you are in the same room block as the wedding party. Headcount will be based off room reservations. You will not be able to attend any for the wedding festivities if you are not included in the room block.

We expect our guests to come wearing beach formal attire in nude colors. This is an outdoor wedding, so we recommend sneakers (we will have shoe valet services available to ensure no damage to your sneakers during the beach ceremony) and attire that is appropriate for the weather.
